Dontyne Systems offers software and services aimed at the optimum production and performance of gear systems in the transmission industry. The design aspects of the software allow recognised international standards to be implemented. Working with our customers, we offer bespoke solutions specific to their production including analysis of any novel designs permitted by modern CNC capability. Our range of software products also integrate with machine tools and inspection equipment to allow end-to-end control of the gear manufacturing process as we continue to help drive Industry 4.0.
The Gear Production Suite has been developed as a collection of individually licensed software tools (or modules). These can be applied at various points of the production process, and interface with existing software and equipment. This allows centralisation and analysis of project data, leading to improved efficiency, cost savings and better quality control.
We also offer training for all our products, bespoke teaching courses and consultancy services for project work. We have completed development programs with various partners for applications ranging from automotive, motor sport, aerospace, ship building, wind turbines and mining, to small scale and specialist equipment.
Dontyne Systems was incorporated in 2006 to provide Gear Design and Manufacturing Solutions to Industry. Our suite of software allows end-to-end control of the Gear Manufacturing process. The company philosophy aims to permit constantly managed data at all stages of the gear production process. The company was founded in the UK by Dr. David Palmer and Dr. Michael Fish, but we also have offices in mainland Europe and Australia which has proven useful in extending support and develop new partnerships worldwide.
