Since support is a large part of most purchases of our software products we maintain email and online connections for fast response, which is a widely accepted benefit of Dontyne System solutions. We offer a maintenance contract for continued update of the software to include enhancements and additions, as well as keeping the user up to date compatibility with hardware and operating systems.

Technology Transfer

Within the gear design and engineering industries, regulations change and new concepts and ideas are frequent occurrences. We understand the need to keep up to date with all industry changes and we also value the benefit of sharing knowledge.

Our Gear Forums are held at the Dontyne sites and are an opportunity to meet with your contemporaries and to maintain up to the minute knowledge of procedures and regulations. We offer basic teaching courses either on-site or in-house, which describe gear theory and the application of internationally recognised standards.

We have also developed more advanced courses to consider aspects beyond the scope of the standards which relate to the operating characteristics.
